Stretch-n-Grow of The Woodlands and Neighboring Towns, has had the honor of serving thousands of students and their families in North Houston and Montgomery County since 2006.

Our team consists of certified youth fitness instructors and ALL coaches are frequently educated in exercise and movement; whether it be for dance, gymnastics, fitness, sports, music, creative movement or yoga, so that we may continually serve and educate young children with excellence.
